Payment integration for subscription in South Africa

Hello, I'm building my website in South Africa, for the South African market, so in ZAR. My business model is exclusively working on monthly subscription and it seems impossible to program it in South Africa. Shopify allows subscription plans only through Shopify payment (not available in SA), Paypal (doesn't take into account the ZAR currency), Authorize.net (not availalble in SA) and Stripe (not available in SA). So it seems impossible to have subsctiption in South Africa with Shopify. If you have any solution, I would be happy to know. I worked hard on my website, everything is ready and it seems it won't work just because of this. Please let me know, thank you,

To ensure I'm fully understanding your request, could you provide a bit more details on what you're looking to achieve? For example, are you looking to create a subscription app that would available on the Shopify App Store?
