I got a notification that I received an order and to add bank details to receive payouts, although I’ve already got it setup and have been receiving payouts for the last 2 and a half months. Today it just randomly seemed to reset? I checked the store activity log on the IOS app and I noticed it says Shopify disabled currency and went on to list a lot of currencies. Anywho I went to change banking details on the app and it tells me there’s a technical error 500 loading the page so I access it from my browser instead and it worked.
Before I updated my payment settings (with the same bank details), my payout schedule reset back to every business day and scheduled a payment that was meant to be for Friday, my checkout options were reset and now in the iOS app when I press the 3 dots on the bottom I don’t got the ‘payouts’ tab to quickly check my payouts??? What changed?
The exact same thing happened to me. Except my shop would not accept payments all of a sudden. The only thing that eventually fixed it was to deactivate and reactivate shopify payments. And it did not ask me to re-enter bank details. But I also can't see the Payouts tab on the app and also have a list of currencies disabled. And also set this up 2.5 months ago. Very strange. I really miss the Payouts tab.
