We use the PayPal zettle app in our shop and its stopped syncing with shopify (not deducting inventory when we make a sale). I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting but not working. Anyone help please or having same issues in last few days?
We are also having this issue and products added to Shopify are not all synching to Zettle - would be interested to know if you managed to get a fix for this.
I’m having the same problem it used to work but now doesn’t their support agreed it didn’t work at the moment but was unable to say why or for how long and would get back to me (still waiting) as useful as a chocolate teapot
Did you ever get a fix for this? Or was it just a temporary glitch?
If the second can you advise if stocks corrected fully once it was fixed or if you had to manually amend. Thanks in advance. Start of Black Friday promotion, what a time for this to happen.
this is also happening to us too, not syncing between zettle and shopify.
Hi Sarah, for us a load of products had been changed without us knowing to not track inventory. I have asked Zettle why this has happened as we have not changed anything at our side
Hello, today we received a message from zettle. They confirmed that for some items the inventory sync was switched off. We had to manualy switched it on again (about 180 out of 2000 products) in zettle. Hope that fixes the problem. We will observe the next days. And yes, besides switching it on again, I also have to adjust the stocks where it was not tracked.
i saw, that the zettle app was updated on 14th of november. seems to my, that is the time the inventory is not always updated. the tricky thing is, that happens from time to time. means I could not figure out what causes out of sync issues. I saw that it was reported to zettle already, right?
also ther is an zettle update available now. hop it fixes the issues. sadly the release notes does not mention anything
