PDF Download not working inside Shopify App

We're developing an App that allows to merchant to download a pdf file.

The download is using an external url from our domain to do the download, and it works fine on Chrome on mobile devices. But it's not downloading anything inside Android and Ios Shopify App.

Do you know which is the proper way to download a file inside Shopify mobile App or if we're missing any kind of configuration to allow our app do the download inside Shopify App?

This behavior was working a few weeks ago. But suddenly the native app stop doing the file downloads.

Since the failure is only inside Shopify mobile app, we have no access to any kind of error. Do you have any solution to purpose?
