Personalised Message/Greeting Card on checkout

We would like to add the ability for our customers to create a personalised message/gift card on their order and be able to preview the card, similar to below:

Is there an existing app that can achieve this?

Hi! Are you still looking for an app? My company Cander.com is creating this solution right now. Users can select a card theme then add their message (audio, video or text). I've included a demo.
