PH Ship, Rate & Track not working with BUNDLEKIT App

I currently use PH Ship, Rate and Track and BundleKit.

I have a fulfillment center so it was vital I found a bundle app that only listed the individual items contained in the bundle versus the bundle name.

I have BundleKit set as follows:
-Set dummy bundle product weights to zero?
-Add bundle items as separate line items to orders?

-Fulfill dummy bundle product line item automatically?

This seems to be working and is setting my bundle as fulfilled on my Shopify order only leaving the bundle components,

However, when I go to fulfill it using PH Ship, Rate & Track, it is still putting the BUNDLE name into the packing and adding weight to the box even though the bundle is set to 0 lbs in both the app and Shopify product listing.

I have to then go in and manually adjust every order so the packing shows up correctly and then it prompt me items are missing from the order.

I believe the issue falls within the shipping app so I am looking for alternatives or suggestions.  I want to use my own FedEx account since my rates are favorable and the automation that comes with this app is appealing.  It helps configure box sizes and weights based on our product line and up until we added these kits - we had it perfect.

Hello @kmondora ,

I apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced.

The PH FedEx app currently processes all products that are marked as requiring shipping.

Unfortunately, this includes Bundle products, which are also marked as requiring shipping, leading to these products being included in the shipping calculation.

In our app's roadmap, we have plans to introduce an option that allows you to include only products that can be fulfilled. This feature is expected to be available at the beginning of next year. This should effectively resolve the issue you are currently facing, as Bundle products are typically not fulfillable.

In the meantime, you can attempt to mitigate this by configuring a minimum weight (e.g., 0.01) for Bundle products. Doing so will ensure that they have a minimal impact on your shipping costs. If you set the weight to 0, the app will disregard that and instead use the default product weight that is configured.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply, the suggestions and I look forward to the new upgrade.  Wish it was before holiday season but think it will be a great upgrade.

I am curious if there has been any more development on this?
