Pinterest app issue

Hi,

I am currently testing to get to know better how to manage my future Shopify store. I am testing and using the Dawn Shopify 2.0 theme, but when I tried to add Pinterest, I received a notification saying, "This app is not compatible with your store."

I have take 2 screenshots to show what I see from my screen.

Could anyone help me understand what might be causing this issue?

Hi @HelloABC1 

In the question, you mentioned using the Dawn theme, but the image you provided shows the Refresh theme.

I checked the Pinterest app, and it can still be installed normally on the Dawn theme.

Could you please check again using the Dawn theme, and if it still doesn't work, please re-downloading the theme.

Hi Daisy,

Yes, you are right. What I am using now is the Refresh theme, not the Dawn theme.

I prefer using the Refresh theme because it's more suitable for what I envisioned for my store,

but the Pinterest app still does not work with this theme.

Could you please help me with this or provide reference links where I can find information about this?

I see, with this, I don't think Pinterest app can work with this theme. You may want to contact their support to confirm about this
