placeholder dummy images?

I don't what else to do. Google merchant center said i have placeholder dummy images. so i can't get approved until that is fixed. I am using tsunami app. Anyone else having this issue? thank you

And are your images template placeholders?

If yes, change the image to be an image of the product.

If no, then try to retake the picture of the product to be different.

See above what google is seeing. Click on the item link above than click on
the preview and buy button. As you see this is not considered a true image.
They called this a placeholder dummy image.



Now if it has a buy button than that would be a true image but tsunami app
tech told me tsunami app doesn’t honor the buy button unless I pay for the
integration.

The images do look not to represent the final product.

There are image requirements you must follow if you want to list products on Google Shopping.

One of the main requirements that you are violating is that the image must be of the product.

The image you currently have is photoshopped and does not look like what you will buy. Yes Google requires accurate representation.

Thank you Emanuel for taking the time to see what was the issue. Shopify
could not help me with this issue was told i had to get with the app
developer. The tsunami app tech mentioned i would need to pay for the
intergration price 1200.00 to fix this issue.
So yesterday i Spoke to a tsunami manager and he will see what he can do.
Emanuel i signed up with shopify June 3rd this year. 14 day free trial and
now a month later and after all that work i did unploading images that i
purchased and than upload on to tsunami app all has been a headache.
