This definitely appears to be a custom-coded solution. However, I was able to find an app that works in a very similar fashion in that the quantity is displayed as separate buttons that show their pricing and net savings. The app is called Awesome Quantity and features a 14-day free trial before paying $19.99/month. The app looks like this:
