You have Browser tracking detection enabled in your Photolock settings. It is not an error but a feature of the app that blocks users that use browsers which prevents apps to load. It is not turned on by default, so you must have enabled it after.

Since this feature blocked you from entering your site, that means your browser blocks tracking. Shopify's current system does not work with browsers that blocks tracking, so that's why you could not login to the app. You may want to try with a different browser. Safari is known to block apps during authentication.

Nick,

It is odd that I did not have photolock.io app at the time of this error. I have since downloaded it and seemed to resolve the error.

Thank you!

Hi there,

We are the developers of the Cybarmor app (previously Photolock). I will be more than happy to provide insight.

This issue occurs if you remove the app without also removing the code from your Shopify theme. If you reinstall the application from your store, the error should be resolved.
To uninstall the app, please follow the steps at our help center: https://www.cybarmor.app/docs

Alternatively, you may have enabled browser tracking protection in Cybarmor's settings and the app is blocking you because the browser does not support Cybarmor protection or attempts to block Cybarmor.  In this situation, the app is performing as intended. Cybarmor's settings allow you to disable this browser detection.

If you need more assistance, we are always here to help. We do our best to reply to all emails within 24 hours.
