Pop up app, which can add tags to customers

Hello. I need application which can create pop-ups and add tags to customers.

For example frorm consists from name, email and gender. App needs to create new user with name+email and add to it tag male or female, according to peek.

I'd recommend checking out the app Customer Fields. Feel free to check out the demo of their app in action, here. It's a custom registration form builder and customer accounts builder app. In addition, the app allows you to set up rules that will tag customers depending on a field selection. Once a customer is tagged, you can create unique segments in your Shopify admin to group customers by tags.
