Pop up on website

I have a pop up "Join the Text Club" on our website:  www.jennerfamilybeef.com

I want to remove the pop up but do not know the name of the app or how to remove it.

If you have so many apps installed it's hard to tell what is what you should do an aggressive audit and get rid of as much as possible to lower the amount of doodads and whatsits clutter up the site and slowing it down for customers.
