Pop up subscription app with auto discount

Looking for a pop up app when someone visits the site (not exits) that will subscribe them to our mailing list and include field for birthday, name (first and last), and email address. Need to be able to export customer email lists as we use Emma for our emails. We would like to be able to offer a discount for signing up that auto populates in their cart and is not emailed through the app. Any recommendations?

I think we can help. Growave’s Social Login app allows your customers to sign up using social media accounts which makes it super easy for them to create an account, signup for the newsletter and join the loyalty program. You can set up pop-up feature, for example, after 15 sec on your website. For every completed action customers will get rewarded with points, which can be redeemed as percent or fixed amount discounts, free shipping or gift cards.

You can also motivate your subscribers to leave birthday by giving a birthday reward.

On top of it, there is a possibility to export customer emails list via CSV file.
