Pop up window for specific IP Gem Pages

I was wondering if it's possible to make a pop up window that only appears for one specific IP - Korean. I use gem pages as a website builder.

You can use Poptin to create your popup and set a targeting rule that allows that popup to be shown only  to IP addresses from a specific location.
