Pop ups - marketing apps in native language in a multilingual store

Currently, I am working on Pipeline theme for my multilingual store. Translating app is TMS. Both of them are great. But I just realized if I want to use a marketing app for f.e. pop ups how is it going to be translated? I have asked TMS. They don`t really have a complex app, which I could use for marketing purposes, which can be translated.

Does somebody have experience with multilingual stores and how to use marketing app in native language? Any suggestion?
