A client notified me that my poplink link is down and I've verified it.

Online site status monitors confirm that the whole site is down (https://linkpop.com/). Given that the whole site is down, how can we report this or figure out if anyone knows about it or is working on it?

I'm hoping the business is still up and running and this is just a temporary glitch, but am looking for more information.
