POS restaurant Scenario: print draft receipt; Print receipt before charging the user

Hi, 

I am looking for an app that can help me print a receipt before I charge the user. I am using the POS in a restaurant scenario and I want the ability to print the receipt of what the user owes before we charge them. This way they have the opportunity to review the purchases and leave a tip if they'd like.

Right now, it seems you can only print a receipt if you also are simultaneously charging the customer.
