How can I cancel the $89 POS that am not using because I am an online store.I am new to Shopify I don't know how I ended up with the POS trail but I don't need it.Its requiring me to pay but I don't need it.I have uninstalled it but its still requesting to be paid
Hey! Sounds like POS Pro got added by default—no worries, it happens. Uninstalling the app doesn’t stop the $89 charge because it’s tied to your location settings, not just the app.
To cancel it:
Go to Settings > Billing in your Shopify admin.
Find POS Pro, click Manage, and remove it from all locations.
