Post Purchase extension not working on merchant store

Hi,

Post purchase app extension is not working on merchant store(checkout Extensibility preview enabled), after installing the app via single-merchant install link, generated in shopify parnter account, also I did necessary setting on merchant store in settings > checkout > post-purchase > checkbox (post purchase app), but post purchase page did not show up after payment page, it just redirected to thank_you page.

FYI: The app is working fine on the development store for which the app was developed and installed, only on merchant store it is not working.
Also checkout UI extensions are working fine on merchant store. 

Not sure, what am doing wrong in here, any help on this appreciated.

Do you have the necessary approval from Shopify to use post-purchase UI extensions in your app?

Hi,
This is a custom app, and I used single-merchant installing distribute method to install the app to one store, other than development store, so in this case I did not need any approval to install.
