Hi guys, 

So it has been a few weeks now since the update of the postnl app has been released. After two weeks I still can't print labels. I get the error 610: productcode is invalid. I have done everything the postnl support team asked me to do: delete all shipping zones and recreate them again, export settings in the postnl app are connected, create a new order (did all this multiple times). Still this error remains. I have even deleted the app, installed the app... et cetera. Made multiple orders, still the error. 

 

Does anyone else encounters the same problem or did you have this problem and already got to the solution? It would be great if anyone can help me out.

Hi @Tassebolletje,

This error usually occurs when the address you entered is incorrect or cannot be serviceable by PostNL. Ideally correcting the address might help you to resolve this issue.

 

If you're still encountering the error, it might be worth considering alternative shipping apps like the PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label app, which allows you to print shipping labels for multiple carriers, including PostNL, DHL, and UPS.
