PowR Contact Form - Custom request

I'm wondering if there is anyone who would be able to help me with some customisations on the PowR contact forms I have installed on my site.

- I would like to have a single field for "Business Trading Address" which will autocomplete the address based on the google maps api data.

- I would like to adjust a few things aesthetically such as the height of each input field and a few others.
