Pre-order apps compatible with discount apps

Hi everyone, i have a bit of a tricky question for the more experienced / advanced people here.

Since Pre-order apps can be a bit tricky to run compatibly with discount apps, for eg problems at checkout. 

Do you know if your app is compatible with these since we are running both "Ultimate Special Offers" and "Wholesale Club" on our store
