 why I can't create a product template? How can I fix that?

Hi @DannySho !

 

It looks like you can't create a product template because that specific product not available for shipping in your region. That's likely the reason it's blocking you from saving the template altogether.

Please make sure that you are signed in to your Printful business dashboard then click on "Product templates" > "Create product" > and follow instructions from there. If you're still unable to create a template, try selecting a different colour to see if it's just availability for that specific variant. Let me know how that goes.
