Hello,
I use two fulfilment services(printful and shipbob). With both I use an API to calculate shipping rates in the cart.
The printful api sends rates, that for some reason go to shipbob and the shipping mapping I have there, where they are saved.
This means many periodical shipping options are slowly added to the shipbob shipping profile day by day that originated from printful -> shopify -> shipbob.
Do you have an idea, by which mechanism in shopify this could happen? Does shopify listen for all shipping options from the API's and save them somewhere?
I reached out to both platforms first and both suggest asking shopify
