Printful Not Syncing Orders or Live Rates

Really hoping someone can help. I have a Shopify store and use Printful for print on demand items.

On January 1st I uninstalled my Printful app as I needed to connect a different person’s Printful account. I couldn’t though as it said the site was already connected to Printful. So, to keep trading, I reinstalled my account but now orders and lives rates won’t sync and we can’t add new products.

Their support keep promising they are looking at it but nothing is happening. Apart from changing supplier do you have any advice?
