For about a year, I have not received any store pickup information (location or date) when customers order "Shojin's Gift Card."
I contacted the app's support, but they said the following.
We have tried everything we could to find a solution to fix this issue for you, including consulting with our technical team leader but we couldn't find the cause of this issue. We really do apologize for all of the inconvenience you've experienced with this as we totally understand your business is affected by the issue... In this case, we would highly recommend trying to contact with Shopify Support Team via this link to see if they do have any alternative solutions.
