Problem with app listing application. Auth not working for reviewers

We are recently building a new application for Shopify. We are a Saas application that can be connected to more sources than Shopify to automate physical mail campaigns. We are currently on the listing application process and we are stuck on the process because the reviewers are not able to install the application. As our app is not listed yet, we build up the auth process in different ways and all of them have been rejected so far. We reviewed the documentation and we are following all the steps as mentioned and we don't know what is the best way to address those changes. 

 

The options that have been rejected are the followings:

 

- We asked the team to install the app through the partners dashboard (this is how we do it for ourselves). Basically this consists on starting the auth flow from our partners dashboard where you can install the app on a test store, this redirects to our app url and then it gets installed. This has been rejected as the y said they have limited access to the Partners Dashboard so it cannot be installed like this.

- We finally end up adding a "Install" button in our web app where you have to share your shopify domain and then you get redirected to the auth flow where the app gets installed. This has been also rejected as they literally said "Your app must immediately authenticate using OAuth before any other steps occur. Merchants should not be able to interact with the user interface (UI) before OAuth. When testing the app, for the store to be linked to the app, it is prompted to add the store URL to the app which is prohibited."

 

 

If we install our app through the partners dashboard (which would be the process the people will usually do, but from the admin) all the auth is well done, so we don't know how we can fix this issue to be able to pass through the listing process. 

 

It would be really helpful to have some hints on that process. We've been months stuck on this process and we don't really know how to get through this.

We are still trying to figure out the way to fix this but for now we are still stuck here...
