Problem with MetaObjects displaying after creation through admin app and manually creating.

Is there a problem going on with metaobjects. I'm using them in an app that I am building and without warning, any metaobject that I create both manually and through the app does not pull in the resourcelists and indextable that they should do in. All of the older metaobjects are showing with no problem, the issue is with anything new. Could this be something on Shopify's end? I haven't changed any code related to metaobjects since it was last working.
