Problem with our plugin, missing code in diffrent shops

We have a problem with our plugin “Apaczka.pl Points Map”

The plug-in works differently on stores with the same “basic” plan:
One store works correctly and has the basic plan while the other also has the basic plan, but the code is missing. there is about 70% of it.

The problem appears with loading the plugin code, maybe someone of you had a similar problem?

We want every store using our module to have a fully working product.
