problems with shopify and printify integration on collections

I recently made some Printify products. I was able to get them on my website but I'm trying to put them in a specific collection, and even though it says that they're in those collections (both on the individual product listings admin and on the collection page admin), when you go to the collection page from a customer's point of view, it says there are no products in the collection. What can I do? I've been trying various things for hours
