I have a problem. I have purchases domain and I can not use it

Are you receiving an error message of any kind when you are attempting to use the domain on your online store? Also, is this a domain that was purchased directly off of the Shopify platform or is it from a third-party domain provider? As this context will allow us to assist you better in this situation.
If you have recently purchased a domain from the Shopify platform or recently connected a third-party domain to your online store, you can manage the domain by navigating to Settings > domains.
