Product Bundle Variant?

Hey guys. I need this kind of bundle / product variant selector for my website as you can see here - https://polishpops.com/collections/best-selling-semi-cured-gel-nail-strips/products/uv-gel-starter-k... .

I want to create bundles of 2, 3 or even 4 product variants and I really do not know how to do it like this one on that website. 

If anybody know what kind of app that is or how to do it I really appreciate it!

I know creating a bundle/product variant selector like the one on Polish Pops can be a bit tricky – especially when you're trying to offer 2, 3, or 4 product variants in a clean and user-friendly way.
