Product configurator that includes recurring fee for ongoing service

Hello,

I'm new here and planning on building on Shopify. I have a single base product offering that has physical and virtual add ons for an upfront equipment fee. In addition, my product is bundled as a monthly service that supports the physical device and is offered at a two-tier level (basic and premium) as well as having monthly, quarterly, and yearly payment options (with a discount for the yearly price)

My question is: are there any product configurator apps with this out-of-the-box functionality?

If not how would I go about finding a dev for a custom solution?
