product customizer plus - default value for radio button is not integrated

Hi,

I have installed the Product customizer plus app and realized that the app is not supporting the default value for radio buttons (and other elements as well). This was confirmed from their side, so my question is - is there any solution that could be integrated from the Shopify side? Maybe once the page is loaded, then the Shopify app could somehow mark what option values are default values?
