Product customizer with customers (vector) logo or artwork

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone has a recommendation for the following:

We are a company that specializes in cooling boxes and cooling bags (among other products). We've been personalizing the lids of our cooling boxes with stickers and screen printing. We create the artwork with the files sent by the customer and than we send it off to an external printer.

So far so good.

We recently purchased a plotter ourselves and we want the process to be more automatic without a lot of work on our side. The plotter also cuts the stickers following a vector-path (we use Adobe Illustrator for this).

We now are looking for an app that can take some work away from us by letting customers upload their own art. This can be pixel-based art but we also have to give customers the option to upload vector-based art to since a lot of logo's are in that format (and the end result will be much crisper). We want customers to see a preview (2D or even 3D) of the end product online before they send us the order and files. They must be able to edit (rotate/scale) the uploaded art.

I've been looking for an app that can do all this but without result thus far. Maybe one of you has a recommendation for this? I would be very happy to finally find something!

It seems this functionality is too specific to be covered by a ready Shopify app. You can't deal without a custom app to make everything work as you need.
However, you can try these apps: Zakeke Product Customizer by Zakeke (Futurenext Srl), Fancy Product Designer and Product Personalizer.

If you’re looking for a solution to offer live previews for your personalized cooling boxes, I recommend trying Easify Product Options. It’s easy to use and supports vector files, which would be perfect for your logo designs. It can help simplify the customization process and provide your customers with a smooth experience.

• This is the app setting: It allows all files, but if you want your customer to edit the image (crop, rotate, etc…) you can only choose image files (jpeg, jpg, svg, png, tiff, tif)

To make sure your customer can see preview before purchasing it, just Enable the Live preview in the Product personalizer like this:
