Product images app

We are looking for an app which automates the image uploading profile based on SKU and set conditions, the basics would be to fill in the product images to the correct product, we also have metafields which also need to be populated based on the sku but these are different images compared to product images so would need to distinguish between both was thinking to do something along the the lines if SKU-1, SKU-2, SKU-3 find product image with same SKU and place product images in that order. Then if SKU-A, SKU-B, SKU-C ... find product with SKU and populate the metafield: Content 1 , Content 2 , Content 3 .... Is this something you think would be possible to build or is there any apps with this function.

I am the founder of the Smart Bulk Image Upload app, which can help match product images based on SKU.

For example, if you have a product image with the name abcd.jpg, it can match the product with the ABCD SKU. You can also decide the position of images by having images with the format abcd_1.jpg and abcd_2.jpg.

Unfortunately, we don't have the functionality to change metafiles, but I would be interested in learning more about your case. 

Additionally, your product images should be located inside a folder in Google Drive, so we can fetch them from there.

@movsumov Perfect, regarding the product images that is exactly what we are looking for, regarding the metafield this would ultimately be an identical process, it is a product metafield that accepts files as images, ultimately we want the images to get inputed as the file which would work in the same way as you mentioned above , to differentiate between what goes to images and what goes to the  associated metafield could use an approach such as format abcd_a.jpg for the metafield and abcd_1.jpg for the images.  Then probably an option to input the metafield that needs populating such as adding the namespace and key for where you want it to go. i.e SKU_A goes to metafield X, SKU_B goes to metafield Y with the metafield chosen based on user input. Is this something you could build based off of what you have and what sort of price point would be talking can discuss price in messages if that helps. I believe I can create this by manipulating shopify workflow and connecting a few apps but would rather a solution from one place.

I am happy to hear the bulk image upload feature is what you are looking for 👍

The metafiled feature is not something we have been asked for by other merchants who are using our solution. 

As you already mentioned, it can be a good idea to check if there are apps that can help with managing metafields. 

One of the apps that comes to my mind is Ablestar Bulk Product Editor, maybe it can solve this problem.
