Product Options By Bold Issue With 'Additional checkout buttons' on cart page

Dear Community, 

I am using Product Options by Bold and have successfully customized my products  yet there is an issue/bug that I am unable to solve:

The product is customized and added extra price appears. When I place it in the cart, it works fine and shows a reasonable increased price. 

However, when I click on 'Additional-checkout buttons' like shop-pay, google-pay, and PayPal, only the primary prices get charged and the options prices don't. Please help!
