I am new to Shopify. I am using Product Options by Bold and have successfully customised my products (bicycles) yet there is an issue/bug that I am unable to solve:
The product is customised and the added extra price appears. When I place in the cart, it works fine and shows the good increased price.
However, when I click 'BUY IT NOW', only the primary price gets charged as if the shop did not see the customisations in place. Please help!

The 'Buy it Now" button is not compatible on product pages with our applications. Our apps need information from the product page into a cart of some sort to be able to carry through properly. The workaround we have to hide that button on product pages. You can disable it and simply use additional checkout buttons on the cart page.
If you need some additional help our support team would be happy to help you with that.
that really sucks because hiding it really decreases conversion rate. smh gotta be a fix / way around this
