Product page swatch that links to other products pages, not variant

Hi,

I have 5 different SKU’s/products all within the same product category, each with their own product page. I would like to swatch (simple circles with colour that represents each SKU show on each product page) that when clicked it takes you to that corresponding peoduct page. Has anybody seen an app (preferably free) that can do this? I can’t seem to find one. Image of what I would like it to look like for reference attached.
