Product personalisation

Hello,

We have a custom theme, built and maintained by devs. 

We offer personalisation (monogram option) for an extra cost on some of our items. 

We need an app, that will allow the customers to select the product with or without the personalisation, add the details (initials to be monogrammed) and will reflect real time on the stock levels.

Currently we have double the variants, one with and without the monogram option and use connected inventory to sync the corresponding variant when a product is sold. This functionality was installed 4 years ago, but it doesn't really serve us well anymore and we have many stock/inventory issues and discrepancies.

Can anyone recommend a better app to serve us for our online and POS?

The Easify Product Options app can be a great solution for your needs. Here’s a quick demo 🤗:

Here’s how it works:

- Start by removing the current Personalization option from your product, so your product will only reflect the non-personalized version. This approach helps prevent inventory duplication and makes it easier to manage your actual stock.

- Use the app to add Personalization as an optional Checkbox with an extra cost.

- Take it a step further by using the app’s Conditional logic feature to display additional monogram options when the Personalization checkbox is selected. You can use Image Swatch or other display types to showcase these monogram choices.

- Lastly, assign the option set created in the app to your product, and you’re all set.

"Easy product options" mentioned above should cover everything you described. If it doesn't work for your case - please share all the aspects, but the overall workaround you are trying to achieve is not unique and should be covered with the mentioned app or similar ones.
