Product Personalization App with live update

Hello guys,

hope someone can help me with an product personalization app. 

the following screenshot is from an online store where you can enter names, initials, date, etc. in the variants and the product image changes live in the store. So if I delete or add a letter, the image changes at the same time and you can also click on a preview image.
Does anyone know what this app is called?

That would be a great help to me, because I need something like that and unfortunately I don't have so much time to try through all the apps.
