Product Service Add On (Extended Warranty)

I want to develop a plugin that will ask the customer to choose a required warranty plan when customer click add to cart or buy now any product.

I need to know how can I achieve that.

is there any option on every product to map my warranty plan with price and that will add automatic when some want to purchase that? 

or some thing else. Please help me out over this.

I have an idea that I can create my product into store and add detail into store product metafield.

And then so plan in a iframe of each mapped product.

But when I do that my created product also showing in store so and I am not able to find any solution to hide then?

Please let me know if that approach is fine or please suggest any other approach.
