Product Specific Coupon

Hi All - I'm looking for a way to to have a product displayed on the product page without cost, and an area beneath where a product specific coupon code can be entered in order to add it it to cart. If the code is not entered, you cannot add it to the cart. I'd like to have the code be one-time use and the product to be "free" after successfully entering the code and adding to the cart. Any ideas?

Will this requirement fix for only 1 fix product or it will be configrable so that feature can be enable for any product.

This can be done with custom coding in theme.

Hi - it would only be for one specific product in the storefront.

Are you a coder or have depth knowledge of Shopify platform to implement this.
