Product variants - Add variants to an item that are additional products

I am looking for an app that another site has used to add customised variants to a product that include adding other products they sell on their site to the product. Once the shopper puts their selection through to the cart it then displays the original product and then their additional selections as seperate products.

Once someone goes to the product page they an visually select the variants they want.

The first 4 variants are standard variants that are included in the product:

Followed by 4 more variants which are additional options, each of these cost extra and are seperate products they sell on their website. When someone makes a purchase via a variant on this product it will update their inventory on the backend.

Within the HTML all it says is that it's a "customiser app" and I have started looking through the variant apps there are just so many!

@admin_mimi Looking at the page it looks like there is some customization done on the page.

1. A product can have up to 3 variants selection in default shopify and the first four parts are the product and three selections. So this is default shopify.

Apart from these the other sections are additional separate products.

So its more like how the page was constructed and not an app requirement.

To get the products mapped we can use some meta data or metaobjects with the products and options to achieve this.

Can you elaborate why you will need an app for this.

No reason for needing an app I just thought that might be the easiest way to do it. If you have another solution then I'm all ears 🙂
