Production app breaks on npm run dev

HI My production app break if i set 
[build]
automatically_update_urls_on_dev = true

app start pointing to .trycloudflare.com

even production app, and if I switch off automatically_update_urls_on_dev

URLs not getting updated so dev store is not getting served from lcoal

whats wayout for efficient development
