Products Will Not Sync With Craftybase

I created a product in Shopify and I'm trying to import it into Craftybase. Shopify is integrated with Craftybase--they are connected. Even though I've manually synced the two multiple times, the product is not showing up in Craftybase. On the Shopify listing, we have a product available, a shipping amount, a weight, a price, and a picture. We have removed the Shopify password on the website. The product still will not show up on our products list in Craftybase.

Any suggestions?
