Hi - Looking for some recommendations for a Shopify App that provides the following creative marketing capabilities - 

1.) Promotional Banner (examples attached)

• Either Single or Multiple where user can scroll through
• Display banner based on customer tag/segment
• Banner to link to a T&C's modal OR a specific page

2.) Promotional Popup

• Triggered by user activity and/or location on site
• Display/trigger popup based on customer tag/segment

- Display promotional popup based on customer tag

- Link the popup to specific page

- Trigger the banner by user activity

Or try Attrac: Bars, Banners, Pop ups (4.9 rating, 600+ reviews with Free plan). Though I'm not sure it allows you to customize the trigger heavily like the last one.
