Public Product Comment Section

Hi All,

I am looking to add the ability for site visitors to leave "comments" on featured products section on my home page, as well as optionally on individual products. The comments section would be public facing and would require that someone provide a screenname/alias to leave a comment. 

I found an app that claims to do it but I've found it to be a little buggy and not easy to use on customized templates.

Does anyone know of other apps or solutions that would help achieve this?
