Qikify Mega Menu not showing

Hello,

I have a Qikify mega menu set up to replace the main menu used in my header.  However, the header is not picking up the mega menu.  Has anyone ever had an issue with this?  I'm using the "Out of the Sandbox" store theme.

I have the same issue that I just discovered recently, and it happens only on Chromebooks. Have you found a solution?
