Quanity tracking between products

Hi,

I run a trading card store where there is 2 tiers of items. The first items being the booster pack which is 1 individual pack and the second item is a box which is a bundle that contains 36 packs. I want to be able to sell both individually to give the customer a choice and if I only had 1 box left and someone orders 10 packs I will just open the box which will leave me with 26 packs and 0 boxes so no customers should be able to purchase boxes.

I also want if someone purchases a booster box that it removes 36 stock from the booster pack.

My question is is this possible to do?

You can try Easify Inventory Sync for this. It helps manage stock between related products, so when a booster box is sold, it automatically deducts 36 booster packs from inventory. Likewise, if someone buys packs individually, the system adjusts the remaining box count accordingly. This way, customers always see the correct stock availability. Here's how it works:

1. Set Up Bundle Groups: Use the app to create Bundle groups that connect your individual pack with your boxes product. Here’s how to set up a bundle group for your product:

• Master Product: Box product
• Component Product: Individual pack, with the Quantity per Bundle set to 36

2. How It Works:

• The inventory for boxes will be automatically calculated based on the individual pack’s inventory.
• When 1 box is purchased, the individual pack inventory will be reduced by 36. The app will then recalculate the available quantities for your box based on the updated individual pack inventory, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
